We strive to provide genuine tyres, quality service, and a smooth customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect in the tyre
  • Product delivered does not match the confirmed order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The tyre/product must be unused and uninstalled
  • Original invoice and packaging should be available
  • Product must be in the same condition as delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Tyres already fitted or used
  • Damage caused due to improper usage, puncture, accident, or road conditions
  • Incorrect tyre selection made by the customer after order confirmation
  • Products purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or promotional discounts (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Share photos/videos of the product if required
  3. Our team will review and verify the request
  4. Once approved, pickup or replacement arrangements will be initiated

Return approval is subject to inspection and validation by our team.

 

4. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation
  • Approved return request after inspection
  • Failed or duplicate payment transactions

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

5. Refund Timeline

 
  • Online payment refunds: 5–10 business days
  • UPI/Wallet refunds: 2–7 business days
  • Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

6. Cancellation Policy

 

Before Dispatch

 

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

 

After Dispatch

Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may attract logistics/handling charges.

 

7. Warranty Claims

 

Tyre warranty claims are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy and inspection process.

Autogearhub only facilitates the warranty claim process and final approval depends on the manufacturer’s assessment.

 

8. Installation & Service Disclaimer

 

Customers are advised to inspect tyres before installation.
Once fitted and used, the product may not qualify for return unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
